Matt Washchuk received his Bachelors of Arts degree in Philosophy from Kalamazoo College in 2001 and his Juris Doctorate from Lewis & Clark Law School. He was admitted to the Oregon State Bar in 2008. During law school, Matt clerked for Multnomah Defenders, Inc., where he represented indigent criminal defendants. He was also an associate editor of Animal Law Review and advised low-income clients on their bankruptcy petitions at the Lewis & Clark Legal Clinic. Matt has experience handling criminal, juvenile, and Social Security disability matters. When he is not working, he enjoys running, biking, and attending Portland Timbers games.
